It's been beautiful out this past week. Hoping everyone is finding training just as pleasing.

David Lanning has opened up an exercise studio, Fusion Fitness Center in Greensboro. "Fusion Fitness is a fitness and martial arts training center built upon strong values, high energy, and the ability to draw upon different exercise disciplines to provide the most effective and rewarding training possible!" David is well-experienced and certified, be sure to become a fan!

Quite a handful of videos this month. With his magical MovNat shorts, Colin Pistell shares "Must Be the Shorts". After travelling to Nicagua, Nick McLamb shares a story through the Su Nica organization, "The Clean Water Project". With his new position down in Myrtle Beach, Ramon Dickenson displays his swordmanship in "Cutless Blade Work". Christian Winchell throws a Greenvile-represented video together in "Cocoa Pebbles". Jay James' newest highlight reel has been released. A few new guys in the Charlotte area demonstrate their first week of skills in this short video set to Cake. The Team END shows some parkour in Lenior.

Charlotte Parkour, a group of experienced athletes dating back to before NCParkour, now has their own website and YouTube. Be sure to become a fan of theirs on Facebook! They will be hosting a free intro seminar to parkour on August 20th. For more information, view the event.

Speaking of events, the "Parkour and Freerunning Club" at NCSU will be hosting a seminar on July 30th. Details are just coming together now so check this space for more information later.

Christ Martin and Joel Ruoth celebrate their 24th and 18th birthday on the first of the month. John "bboyneedle" Moore has his independently on the fourth. Jeremy McBroom will be 19 on the fourteenth. Brian "B" King and Ben Webster have their share of the cake on the twenty-fourth of July. Just a day after on the twenty-fifth, Nick "Hopscotch" Faircloth reaches the twentieth level. Brett Sarda marks another year on the twenty-eight. Ryan Walker and Jeremy Lewis celebrate back-to-back on the thirtieth and thirty-first with Jeremy becoming 22. A big happy birthday to the lot.
