First off, thanks to everyone who came out to the recent gathering, NCPKJ16. Duncan "TK17" Germain ran the warm-up and following run around downtown Greensboro, NC in the beginning. Everything ran rather smoothly throughout the day without too much trouble. The meet-up saw people representing colorfully from various groups and cities including Asheville, Burlington, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, Charlotte, Greensboro, Greenville, Raleigh, Wake Forest, and Winston-Salem. There were a few friends from as far as both South Carolina and Virginia as well.

Ramon Dickenson at the recent state jam captured by Jacqui Causey
Throwing in Ramon "Razor" Dickenson into the spotlight this month. This month, he is featured in two different videos, a self-produced action reel and in a documentary, Rules of Flight. On April 24th, he moved out to South Carolina to join the crew of Pirates Voyage, a breathtaking dinner show. If you're ever in the Myrtle Beach area, check it out. Along with this new opportunity, he is still competing for first in the MetRX competition and headed for Los Angelos, California later this 2011 December. We wish him the best!
Our friend, Kent Bates has a birthday on May 4 along with his buddy Spencer "Green" Forney just ten days later, and Matt Turner on the 18th. All three are turning nineteen! Representing the Charlotte crew, Ian Garner celebrates on May 22nd. Reigning from South Carolina, Bryan Duncan levels up on the 28th of May. Both Mike McCall and Rashid Riboul of the Raleigh area add on another year on the last day of the month, the 31st. Be sure to wish all of these guys a wonderful birthday.
Again, thanks to everyone for the support at the recent NCPKJ16. We hope to see you all at the next big jam. May love and peace be with you.
