Spring is here and pollen is in the air! Warm and sunny days are here along with this month's updates. It's Friday, Friday, gotta get down on Friday.
NCPKJ16, the first state jam of the year, will be held this month on Saturday the 23rd. Duncan "TK17" Germain will be hosting the jam. Once he forwards us any information, we'll be sure to post them right away. Keep checking this spot for any new notifications! As the community grows, the jam expects to see athletes from all over the state and our friends from Virginia! We hope to see you all soon! Both Nick "Hopscotch" Faircloth and Steven "Sloth" Erdmanczyk offer their take on a group trip to Asheville in Intense Bro, Intense and Chill Bro Chill. Not even a few days later, Nick uploads another video, What of It? Ramon "Razor" Dickenson shares this faux commercial in Nike Freerun. Help him reach his goal of a million views by checking it out. Alan "Bao" Tran uploaded two short videos, Colossal Cat Cutoff and Gamboling, Gold, and Giraffes. Chris Kessler, from Virginia, dedicates Oh, and One More Thing to the NCParkour community. An amazing writer that needs to be checked out! Adam "AKBws" Kennedy compiled some footage of some local practitioners in Greenvile NC Parkour and Freerunning. With a recent introduction of freerunning to Greenville, the group grows bigger everyday. Colin Pistell from from the Fifth-Ape offers a different approach to lifting naturally in a vlog updated on 03/17/11. Lastly, Cameron Dolecheck, a NCSU student, created a Monster Commercial for the WRAL Post 5 Program with the help of Nick "F.Arty" McLamb and Andrew Fellner. Joseph Cox, Ramon Dickenson, Bryan Sloyer, and Andrew Walker from Vanish Freerun have helped with a short film to promote for the upcoming 2011 Action Fest to be held in Asheville.
Dominic Peay jokingly celebrates his twenty-fourth on April 1st. David Lanning reaches another year on the 6th. Our tourist friend, Joseph Makh, hits nineteen on the 14th of April. Ethan Peterson coincidentally becomes twenty on the twentieth. Duncan "TK17" Germain will be twenty-five on April 21st.
