Hey guys,

I hope all has been well as we're closing in on the year. I would like to wish everybody a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. For those who practice something different, Happy Holidays. It's been a grand year and spending time with loved ones for the holidays is always a joyous occasion.

I'd like to thank everyone who's been a part of the North Carolina Parkour family. On the 27th, we will be turning four years old! Recollecting from the past, Charlotte was the only group practicing movement at the time along with just a handful of people scattered around the state. When I first met them at a jam at NCSU in 2006, I knew right then that there was something more to what I was practicing and what we were gathered for so I developed this community, NCParkour.

Here's to a new year! I sincerely hope everyone had an amazing 2010 year that everyone is successful with their endeavors for 2011.
