Time is flying by as we're closing in on the 2010 year. By the end of the year, we will be four years old! Winter is definitely on its way as it swept across the Carolina state over the first weekend of December. Here are some updates to end the year on.

Regenia (JustMe) Spangler has uploaded well over 200 photos captured during NCPKJ15. You can find more photos on her two albums, NCPKJ15 Sneak Peak and Part Two. We would really like to thank Regenia for her outstanding work. Over the past two years, she has enthusiastically captured moments of our family on her on time. NCParkour is very gracious! Be sure to send her love and tag the albums.
WRAL, a local Triangle broadcast, has recently interviewed Jay James about parkour in Raleigh. His interest in martial arts led him to parkour as he inspires to become a stuntman/actor. Watch the story at WRAL.
The Raleigh group recently helped prepare the Rose Garden at the Raleigh Little Theatre for the winter through the Raleigh Parks and Recreation program. Their service prepared over 600 rose bulbs for the freezing winter with it snowing just a couple hours later. A big shout out to Greenpeace (NCSU), Raleigh Parks and Recreation, and the Parkour and Freerunning Club (NCSU).
Team Vanish, a local Winston-Salem team, recently released a short video of the guys training. A variety of footage was captured at a local park and gym. Be sure to check it out on YouTube. Nick (F.Arty) McLamb shares another short video this month; watch "Epic Cork Video".
Birthdays of the month include Tyler (UrbanNinja) Spry, who turns 19 on the thirteenth, Sean (Odissonance) Endres on the eighteenth, and both Cheng Bi and Ty Devries now reach the twenties on the twentieth and twenty-fifth respectively. Congratulations to those four guys! If we missed you by any chance, be sure to let us know!
This month, we would like to highlight our Virginia friend's, Chris (Spydr) Wachtman's, charity tour for multiple sclerosis research. If the donation goal of $3,785 is reached by June 2011, Chris will bike the US starting in Yorktown, Virginia to San Francisco, California. That works out to be one dollar for every mile Wachtman will ride. Please read more information on Facebook or go directly to the donation page. All donations will be going to the James Q. Miller MS Clinic in Charlottesville, VA.

That's it for 2010! We wish everybody a Happy Hanukkah, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Spring will be seeing some more content as we push for more exercises for the Library and community videos. For those training and travelling, stay safe! We hope to catch you next year.
