We're bringing secsy back

Hey guys, hope all is snowing well. It looks like it might go soon. This week, many college students are preoccupied with the joys that are final exams. It's starting to get cold too. As I write this, it's raining outside and it's 39ºF, so take care of yourself and layer up. There's nothing that ruins a training schedule more than the sickness.
