What's up NCPK? Hope all you guys have been doing well lately and training off all those extra Thanksgiving pounds. Recently there has been some chatter on the forums and in the shoutbox about bringing back some old articles that were inspiring or helpful in terms of training. There is now a new section of the Library called "Old School Articles" that contain ancient gems of wisdom from "the time before Joomla." There, you can learn some new exercises, look for new inspiration for your training, or get some new insights on how to win at life.

Speaking of winning at life, NCPK founder Alan Tran recently got the OAC (one-armed chinup) after months of dedicated training towards it! This is a huge accomplishment, as well as a testament to the perseverance one can obtain through serious training in parkour. In addition to life, Alan also won at a bet over the OAC with NCParkour's Administrator, Tomato, who now has to do 300 pistols. Smile while you do them, Tomato!

Lastly, be sure to keep an eye out for some updates to the site in the very near future. Nick Faircloth (Hopscotch) has joined the administration team as a moderator, and will be working closely with Tomato to bring the members of NCParkour exciting new features! Stay tuned.

Congrats Bao on the OAC. Keep working those levers (sure, front lever before back lever if you must ) and you're well on your way to the iron cross.

And, I really appreciate bringing back the old articles...
