A New Beginning

Postby T0mato » Wed Dec 09, 2009 1:00 am

Hey guys, we added the Conditioning Games once again. Due to inactivity of the last few games, those have become completely void. However, feel free to create a new one in place of the old one.

Some basic rules for this forum:
-Only two conditioning games involving specific exercises can be running at the same time.
-Creation of a conditioning game regarding a specific exercise should be a reasonable quantity.
-Once that game has begun, it will not be reset or canceled.
-When adding to the games, every rep should be done with good form.
-If you do something easier than the indicated exercise, it does not count, regardless of the quantity.
-If you do something harder than the indicated exercise, each rep still only counts as one rep.
-Numbers that not have been posted within 2 months automatically expire.

A few guidelines:
-Games are not limited to specific exercises, see "Up, Left, Down" for example.
-If in doubt, round down.
-Pulls are palms out, thumbs in; chins are palms in, thumbs out.
-Verify your math so no one else has to.
-You should post your number as soon as you can. That way you don't accidentally distort the number.
-Refer to the first topic in a thread if there's any confusion about rules of the thread.
-Enjoy

I'm looking forward to this!

edit: You see how everything you can ever accomplish will end up as trash.

Cool, you found something hidden away, slipped out the back of the doors of something that's supposed to be open. But here you are, you and that's fantastically special. Welcome to the club, The Hundreds. Now, let's get to business. To begin with, there are three rules and only three rules. These rules must be followed now that you're in the club.
Rule 1: Do not talk about The Hundreds
Rule 2: You must participate in the hundreds
Rule 3: We do not stop until we are OVER 9000
Is that clear? Ok, we can continue. Below is a list of exercises that were completed with a hundred repetitions or more. You, yes you, are invited to join in on the challenge. Let's get to over 9000 together. As soon as you complete a hundred repetitions of anything - pull-ups, precisions, vaults, precisions, etc, post in the shoutbox of the forums, and post specifically in the shoutbox, "A hundred for OVER 9000!". Do not post anything else regarding The Hundreds or your shout. Do not answer questions regarding The Hundreds or your shout. Your repetitions will be counted and added once we are notified. Thanks for participating in The Hundreds.

Total: 9200
It's over 9000!

Thanks for participating. Be on the lookout for a more conspicuous game beginning summer break!
My name is John. I have been training since 3/08/09
