So I'm tired of making excuses not to be able to progress more with my handstands. I'm starting this log to make it happen. I'll be posting video links of my progression, starting with this:

Jeremy, you are the man. Everything looked really solid. I'm not sure what kind of handbalancing you want to do (modern, with perfectly straight body line, or classic, where anything goes). Your body line (from wrists to toes) is better than most, but I think if you open your shoulders (move your arms farther back) you'll straighten out. I seem to recall you doing yoga at one point; they would say to "root the tailbone," which is exactly what will straighten your handstand (assuming you want to).

Jeremy that was awesome!! your arms where straight the entire time and you held the advance planche for more than 3 sec, and the press it's self was beautifully executed. :D


P.S. i now have the straddle press :D i did it a couple of times during the AA tour.

Longer hold on the tuck-planche start, working on tightening up my body more. Working on a slower press with more control.
