Raleigh

Welcome to the the city of Raleigh, hosting one of the most active groups in North Carolina. With several experienced traceurs, Raleigh sees a regular number of both training sessions and jams year round. Everybody is welcome to meet up regardless of age, gender, physical fitness, etc. as long as they understand that safety is the first priority, the environment and public is to be respected, and that they have fun.

Regular Meet-Ups:

Monday 8PM

The "Parkour and Freerunning Club" at North Carolina State University meets up on a regular basis at the Court of Carolina (See L5 HERE) on campus throughout the school year. Wednesday 7PM

During the school year, the "Parkour and Freerunning Club" at North Carolina State University meets up at the rock wall inside of the Carmichael Gymnasium. All NCSU students are welcome to join us! Tuesdays - Thursday 6-7PM

During the school year, the "Parkour and Freerunning Club" at North Carolina State University meets up at the white rock wall outside of the Carmichael Gymnasium if it is not raining. Everybody is welcome to join us, even non-students! Bring your shoes and chalk or come with nothing. Fridays 6PM

A conditioning session is held most Fridays at the Court of Carolina (See L5 HERE) on NC State campus. The training ranges anywhere from an hour and a half to three hours covering the conditional and technical aspects of movement. Be prepared to train hard and to stay with the group. Saturday and Sunday

Many jams are held on Saturday and Sundays for those who can find the time to meet up on the weekends. There is never a consistent time that many of the regular practicing athletes meet up so you'll have to check the forums for more information on local weekend meet ups in Raleigh.
