Prepared. Because it is Friday and a session is planned for the evening. Now nineteen. Began a daily routine of fifty pull-ups, a hundred push-ups, and twenty-five pistols. Twenty-five muscle-ups and fifty repetitions of any particular movement are included on days out training. Don't have a date in mind on stopping. Did not make it to the session. Forty-two. 01-28th
Slow. Was the rather odd four mile race which included downing a dozen donuts in fifty-three minutes and nine seconds. Noticed that the breath is usually held when performing exercises. Must not choke. Thirty.
02-6th
Fatigue. It is beginning to slip in between the minutes of training. Soreness becomes a shadow that hides in the night of dreams. Everything begins to fade at night as time stops for a regular routine. Twenty-one.
02-16th
Unbalanced. Was the daily routine. Two hundred calf-raises are added. The pain in the elbows begin to seep into everyday life. All dailies are becoming too easy, taking less than ten minutes to complete. The muscles are felt as they tense through every movement. Eleven.
02-21th
Tender. Are the knees as a dull pain becomes constant. Soreness becomes so routine that it slips past the counts of repetition. The push-ups, the pull-ups, the pistols, the calf-raises are numbers of work, clocking in everyday. Numbers become a reminder of a constant struggle. Seven.
02-28th
Amplified. The pain becomes threatening so dailies will be stopped today. With the last count of repetitions, I breathe. The answer to life, the universe, and everything was the number of days pushed and pulled. Made it to Friday's session. Time is relative. Felt the movement. Counted numbers. Zero.
